Milk------------- 2 litre 

Green cardamom--------------- 5-6 

Sugar--------------- 2 tbs or as per taste 

Dried milk powder--------------- ½ Cup 

Pistachio----------------- chopped 1 tbs 

Almonds---------------- chopped 1-2 tbs 

Flour--------------- 1 & ½ tbs 

Milk--------------- 1/4 Cup 

Butter--------------- 1 & ½ tbs 

Bread slices--------------- 10-12 

Cooking oil--------------- for frying 

Pistachio--------------- sliced 

Almonds--------------- sliced


Take a pot add milk green cardamom open slightly and sugar mix well and convey it to boil cook on medium low flame until milk is reduce to half while stirring in between 20/25 minutes.

Reserve half quantity of milk and let it cool at temperature .

In remaining milk add powdered milk powder and whisk well.

Now add pistachios almonds mix well and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.

Take alittle bowl add flour milk and whisk well.

Now add dissolve flour mix well and cook on low flame until thickens 4-5 minutes and stir continuously.

Add butter mix continuously and cook on low flame until it leaves the edges of the pot 6-8 minutes and remove during a bowl.

Now perform of the bread slices and roll out with the assistance of the kitchen utensil .

Now take prepared filling 2 tbs and place at one corner of the bread slice brush water on the opposite side of the bread slice and roll up.

Take frypan heat vegetable oil and fry roll ups on medium flame until golden brown.

In dish place bread roll ups and pour prepared milk.

Garnish with pistachio and almonds.

Refrigerate for 2-3 hours after Your shahi tukda roll is prepared to serve!
